Are you ready for a “gentle journey within?” That’s what one of my favorite hypnotherapists calls hypnosis. As a clinical and transpersonal hypnotherapist, I act as your guide on that journey. But the territory is yours, and everyone’s map is different. That’s why training such as mine, which includes many different techniques, enables me to adapt to your particular needs and provide support along the path to whatever your goals may be. Also, I continue to study emerging mind-body-spirit work all the time and incorporate those I find valuable into our work together. What might we work on? Here’s a list of some possibilities:

Some have said to me that’s quite a list, and of course it is. But the thread that connects them, and many more, is this: how do we feel about ourselves?
